Hometown for the Holidays

Where we shop, where we eat and have fun -- all of it makes a community home. In the Northwest Corner our one-of-a-kind businesses are an integral part of and create a distinctive character for each of our towns. And the holiday season offers residents an opportunity to buy gifts crafted by our neighbors.

For every $100 you spend doing your holiday shopping locally, $68 recirculates into the community, supporting local jobs and reinvestment initiatives.

We have a large body of artisans offering unique jewelry, fine art, ceramics, pottery, holiday wreaths, fresh and dried flower arrangements, woven goods and more. Our farms and local food purveyors offer fresh meats, poultry, vegetables, baked goods, jams, cheeses herbs, milk, nuts, apple cider, and locally produced wine, beer and liquor.

To discover where you can purchase local offerings, please check out Best Bets on our website as well as local newspapers and flyers.
